Bleachers collapsed at a Hasidic synagogue in the Israeli settlement of Givat Zeev, just northwest of Jerusalem, with dozens being reported as injured some in serious condition and two dead. Magen David Adom, Israels emergency service, has reported that around 54 people were injured, with some becoming trapped under the rubble after the collapse. A man smashed a window at the Persian Hebrew Congregation with a large pole Sunday afternoon. Skokie Police Department is investigating the incident as a hate crime, according to a Sunday news release. The police responded to the incident at around 3 p.m.
