To be eligible an individual must have been persecuted as a Jew by the Nazi regime or their allies at any time from January 1933 to May 1945 AND either: Applications must be submitted by survivors, not heirs. The agreement provides a total of 1,000,000 Euro, which will be distributed equally to approved applicants by the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany (Claims Conference)
