Its Mizrahi Heritage Month, the days leading up to November 30. In 2014, the Knesset adopted a law designating November 30 as an annual, national day of commemoration for the 850,000 Jewish refugees who were displaced from Arab countries and Iran in the 20th century. It seems like a pretty niche group of people know or recognize it, but Im sure with the help of social media, it will spread.
