Hundreds of people have been injured, cars have been torched and the Israeli embassy has been evacuated after thousands of protesters stormed the building. The protests that started off peacefully in Cairo's Tahrir square on Friday, soon turned angry with demonstrators facing off with riot police throughout the night.
