US diplomats have recommended terminating the loanguarantees to Israel at the end of the year. An internal report issued by the Office of Inspector Generalfor the US Department of State that deals with the performance of the USembassy in Israel, notes American diplomats have difficulty in musteringsupport for the Obama administration. "A fragile Israeli coalition government leans towards theviews of its members from nationalist and religious right, creating a challengefor diplomats seeking to build support for US policies," the report says

Technion Cornerstone Centennial -- Spanish Version In April 1912 the cornerstone was laid for the first Jewish university in the Middle East, the Technikum later to be called Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.
