Al-Quds Human Rights Clinic The Al-Quds Human Rights Clinic (AQHRC) was created in 2006 at Al-Quds University in Jerusalem to respond to the serious lack of adherence to international law, particularly international human rights law in the context of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict; both in terms of the Israeli occupation of the West Bank and Gaza Strip, and the treatment of Palestinian citizens of Israel. It also is involved with the work of the rights of Palestinian refugees and the #39;Palestinian right of return #39; which has been sanctioned by the United Nations General Assembly on more than 135 occasions. Israel #39;s admission to the UN was conditional on its acceptance of UN resolutions including Resolution 194.
