Yappy Hour with Sloppy Kisses: 6 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, June 27, DiDonna South Shore Restaurant, 113 Route 9P, Saratoga Lake. A night out for dogs and their owners. Summer cocktails and appetizers for owners and dog treats for the dogs. Event held weather-permitting. Featuring gourmet food stations, silent and live auctions and a brief program to include a special Blaze a Trail camper scholarship appeal. Evening will also feature Digging into Dessert baking competition and the opportunity to vote for the winner. Afterwards guests are invited to enjoy the rides and snacks. Artist reception at the National Museum of Dance: Homage to Dance: Sculptures and Drawings by Andrew DeVries, 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 28, 99 So. Broadway, Saratoga Springs. During the reception there will be an unveiling of his most recent creation in bronze, Destiny. Festivities will also feature music performed by jazz trio Shades of Grey, with wine and refreshments.
