16-02-2012 05:35 After Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas signed the Doha declaration in order to form a unity government between Fatah and Hamas, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told Abbas that Palestinians must choose between "Peace with Hamas or peace with Israel." The two Palestinian factions had come close to civil war when Hamas took over the Gaza Strip in 2007 and Fatah retained control of the West Bank. Now that they are reconciling, JN1 asked Israelis for their take on whether peace talks can proceed with a Palestinian unity government
