A program for family caregivers of a loved one with dementia offers stress management techniques, relaxation and coping strategies, and class materials 1:30-3 p.m. Thursdays at Autumn Grove Cottages, 1418 Walkers Way. Geriatrician Dr. Kevin O'Neil leads a free, public program about declining brain function that accompanies aging noon-1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Barshop Jewish Community Center, Holzman Auditorium, 12500 N.W. Alzheimer's Association, San Antonio & South Texas Chapter, co-presents Living with Alzheimer's, a three-part series of free informational programs, 6-7:30 p.m. July 25, and Aug. 8 and 22 at Arden Courts of San Antonio Memory Care Community, 15290 Huebner Road. Each program is designed to provide caregivers with the knowledge, tools, and strategies needed to cope with a diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease or related dementia. Seating is limited. San Antonio Lymphedema Support Group meets 7 p.m. first Wednesdays at The Dominion Country Club, 1 Dominion Drive. Admission is free to the public.
