MR. CARNEY: Good afternoon, everyone. I hope you had a relaxing holiday weekend. Before I take your questions, I just wanted to note that the My Brothers Keeper event, which was postponed last week due to weather, has been rescheduled for Thursday, February 27th. And with that, Ill take your questions.

Q The Geneva talks between the Syrian government and the opposition seem to have officially broken down over the weekend with no plans at this point for them to resume. Does the Geneva process remain the administrations main focus in terms of a resolution on Syria, or are you looking -- even if its diplomatic -- for another process at this point?

MR. CARNEY: Well, the talks are in recess, thats correct. The international community needs to use this time to determine how to use -- or rather, needs to move forward in determining how to use this time most effectively in order to bring about a political solution.
