(CSE: CMND) ("Clearmind" or the "Company"), a psychedelic medicine biotech company focused on the discovery and development of novel psychedelic-derived therapeutics to solve widespread and undertreated health problems, is pleased to announce it has entered an agreement to fund a second research and development project with Yissum Research Development Company ("Yissum"), the technology transfer company of The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

The project is consistent with the Company's focus on developing novel therapies that improve mental health, particularly those relating to addiction, binge behavior and depression.
