Later on, his wife, Ayesha Curry, helped him to climb greater heights as well. Interestingly, Curry met Ayesha for the first time in a Church when they were teenagers.

And the couple never shies away from showing their faith to the world. The couple has a matching tattoo that displays their deep Christian beliefs. And it was inspired by Currys mother Sonya.

Stephen Curry and Ayesha have a matching tattoo that says love never fails in Hebrew. It is a reference to the New Testament passage 1 Corinthians 13:8. The Warriors star said that it was his and his wifes favorite Bible verse. The former MVP also has another tattoo in Hebrew as well. It was his last name rendered in Hebrew.

Reports suggest that Currys fascination with the language might stem from his mother, Sonya. I actually love Hebrew I just love that Jesus Christ (spoke) Hebrew, she said, adding, I wanted to learn. so I could read the Torah in Hebrew.She has a Hebrew tattoo on the back of her nape, which reads hen, which means grace or charm. In 2015 after a visit to Israel, Sonya told reporters that she was just transformed spiritually. She also has a tattoo in Hebrew. During the NBA finals, Curry was seen wearing a hoodie with a picture of his hand and tattoos.
